Waiting for the weekend

Ah Friday – the weekend is almost here! Not that this usually makes much difference with my job – I’m on call six days a week, which usually includes weekends but I have a day off the pager tomorrow and so I feel like I can justify winding down a little to the weekend. Weekends are usually a little more relaxing anyway – I tend to book in fewer visits and don’t feel guilty for not going in to the office if I have some space in my day. Hopefully Michael won’t have to work either and we can spend some time together!
