Substandard hospital care

I’m back at my parents’ again this evening having had another trip home to see my family. I don’t often get home quite this often – it’s a shame that it’s mostly because my dad is in hospital. He’s gradually improving, but the level of hospital care really could do with some improvements. Twice this week, he’s not been helped to get washed and dressed before visiting started mid-afternoon and there’s been a few times now when his artificial leg hasn’t been put on properly which makes physiotherapy sessions to get him walking again rather more challenging than they should be.
