Reflections on 100happydays

I’ve enjoyed taking part in the 100happydays challenge.  I’d like to think that I was a fairly optimistic person anyway, but it has taught me to look for the happy moments, particularly in otherwise difficult days.  As expected, some days, it was easy to find a picture that represented a happy moment (there were several pictures which I could have chosen from); other days were harder and the term ‘100happydays’ didn’t quite fit – it was very much looking for a happy moment rather than thinking of it as being a happy day. Definitely something I’d like to do again though!
